The property extends over thirty hectares divided into three islands on the limestone hilltops on the south bank of the river Dordogne in the continuation of the hills of Monbazillac, at the doorway of the vineyards of Bordeaux.

The vineyard of a total of fifteen hectares is essentially established on the limestone rock of Castillon. We cultivate here:

White grape varieties: sauvignon, sémillon, sauvignon grey and muscadelle

Red grape varieties: merlot, cabernets franc and sauvignon, Malbec.

A survey of the soils of each plot has helped us to adapt the grape varieties to the soils. In this way the vines are progressively replanted, taking care to use the grape varieties best suited to the soils and at a density of 5000 to 5500 plants per hectare.
